Tell us what you are trying to ship

Describe the problem in whatever state it is in. If we are not the right firm for it, you will hear that in the first reply rather than in a proposal three weeks later.

Send us a message

Optional. We only use it if you tick the box below.
The context, the constraint you are stuck on, and what a good outcome looks like. Three sentences is plenty to start.

We use what you send here to answer your enquiry and nothing else. The message is delivered by email through Twilio SendGrid and the form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, both of which process data outside the UK. We keep enquiries for two years unless an engagement starts. The privacy policy sets out the detail, including how to ask us to delete it.

How we meet

The first call is a video call, about half an hour, at no cost. After that we work remotely by default and on site where the work needs it, across the United Kingdom, Europe, Turkey and the Middle East.

The company

Omerbeyoglu Unlu Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 16504956.
We are happy to sign your NDA before the first call. Ask for ours if you would rather use one.

What makes a useful first message. What you are building or running, the specific thing that is blocked, and any deadline that is real. We would rather read four honest sentences than a brief that has been polished for a procurement process.

After you send

What happens next

  1. Straight away

An acknowledgement lands in your inbox with a copy of what you sent. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check the spam folder, then email us directly.

  2. Within one working day

One of the two partners reads the message personally and replies. Not a form, not an auto-reply. The reply is either a proposed time for a call or an honest note that we are not the right firm and who might be.

  3. The call

About half an hour, at no cost, with whichever of us the problem needs and often both. You leave it knowing what we think the problem actually is and what a first piece of work would look like.

Before you write

Questions we get asked first

Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. We are registered in England and Wales and work regularly with clients across Europe, Turkey and the Middle East. Most engagements run remotely, with on-site work where the job needs it.
How does an engagement usually start?
With a call of about half an hour, at no cost. If the problem is one we can help with, the next step is normally a fixed-scope assessment with an agreed fee and a written output, because neither of us can price the larger work honestly before that exists.
Can you sign an NDA before we talk?
Yes, and it is often sensible. Send yours or ask for ours. Either way, please do not put confidential detail in this form before one is in place. A sentence about the shape of the problem is enough to get started.
Will you tell us if you are not the right firm?
Yes. Some problems need a regulated law firm, a different specialism or a different kind of supplier. If yours is one of them we will say so in the first reply and, where we can, point you somewhere useful.
Do you support the work after it goes live?
Yes, and we would rather you asked at the start than after something breaks. That can be a retainer with agreed monthly time, on-demand support at an hourly rate, or nothing at all if the handover was good enough that you do not need us. We write the handover assuming the third outcome.
Is anything on this site legal advice?
No. Omerbeyoglu Unlu Ltd is a consultancy and nothing published here is legal advice or creates a client relationship. Advice is given under an engagement letter, to a defined scope.
